Guarseed prices are showing some early signs of recovery as prices moved to Rs. 3200 per quintal on reports of lower acreage. As per the traders, Guar seed acreage is expected to fall by 10-15% as farmers in Haryana, Gujarat and M.P. are expected to shift to other remunerative crops while farmers in Bikaner and Sri Ganganagar are likely to maintain their last year acreages.
