Raw cotton price moved up on the back of good ginning demand and slow arrival while cotton remained steady on export demand. Traders said that demand for export was good. Moreover, buying from domestic mills has improved since last couple of days. At Rajkot market, Gujarat Sankar-6 cotton went for Rs 33,200-33,400 per candy of 356 kg.
