India's cotton harvest in the 2015-16 season that began on October 1 is likely to be lower than last year's output, according to Cotton Association of India (CAI). The country is likely to harvest 34.1 million bales of cotton which is down from the previous year's 38 million bales, according the Cotton Association of India.
