For the ongoing cotton season in country, cotton arrivals from fresh crop is pegged at 21 lakh bales as on November 2’ 2016. In October, Punjab, Haryana and Rajasthan together accounts for at 5.82 lakh bales while Gujarat and Maharashtra added 7.3 lakh bales. Madhya Pradesh and South India together accounts for 5.18 lakh bales arrivals.
