Cotton prices remained in the range on falling production estimates for 2015-16 and subdued demand. India cotton output estimates for 2015-16 stood at 27.80 million bales (1 bale = 480lb), lower from previous month's forecast of 28 million bales, USDA said in a report. USDA trimmed India's exports and domestic consumption for 2015-16.
