Cotton crop is in reproductive stage in the Tamil Nadu state. In the prevailing weather having high cloud cover there is incidence of green leaf hopper in cotton field. In Maharashtra, the intensity of the wilt (Mar) disease on cotton was found to be below the Economic Threshold Level (ETL), according to the state Agriculture department.
