According to the Agriculture Experts, prevailing high temperature during day time is congenial for incidence of sucking pests (aphids, jassids and thirps) on the cotton crop in the southern states of India. Farmers are advised to undertake stem application of Monochrotophos based on the intensity of sucking pest attack.
