Brazil's coffee production in the 2016-17 crop year could rise to between 60 million and 62 million bags (60-kg each), according to the Olam International. Despite the potential bumper crop, the world will still be in a deficit for the third consecutive year because of rising consumption. Coffee at current prices is ‘extremely undervalued’.
