European coffee roasters are bracing for increased competition from their United States counterparts for Vietnam's robusta crop as a severe drought in Espirito Santo state cuts the availability of beans from Brazil, European traders said. United States roasters could suck out quite a bit of coffee from Vietnam, one European trader said.
