Coffee demand in Brazil, the world's biggest producer and second biggest consumer, is set to increase nearly 5 percent in 2014, Euro monitor International said.  Brazilian coffee consumption rose by 4 percent in 2013 versus 2012. The rise in consumption is steep compared to that of the US, the world's biggest coffee drinker by volume.
