Brazilian coffee output for 2016-2017 season is seen below market expectations largely due to the impact of severe drought on robusta crops growing region. Forecast was below market expectations, in part due to a low robusta estimate of 12.6 million bags, down 3.9 million year-on-year, because of the impact of prolonged dry weather in the main growing areas.
