According to the Coconut Development Board, there is a 20 per cent increase in the export of coconut products in the first quarter of 2014-15. Bearish trend is continued in the coconut oil and copra price in the markets of Kerala and Tamil Nadu state. There has been no decrease in the domestic consumption, said the Board official.
