Chickpea spot and future prices were showing bullish trend on account of firm domestic demand and decline in the acreage this year. According to the commodity analysts, extending Duty-free import for Pulses till March 31 may prevent strong uptrend in chickpea prices. Lower International production prospects could support prices.
