On the account of good demand, castor seed prices were increased at the major spot markets of Gujarat state. Castor seed prices were rebounded by Rs 36 to Rs 3,895 per quintal in future markets as speculators enlarged positions at prevailing lower levels amid rising spot demand. Gujarat is the major castor seed producing state.
