Gujarat is the major castor seed producing state in India. At major spot markets in Gujarat, castor seed prices were moved down as demand was slow and arrivals increased in producing belts. Castor futures also was down as traders resorted to profit booking. Bearish trend in prices will continue in coming days, said traders.
