As per the latest crop survey report of Solvent Extractors’ Association(SEA) of India, the all India production of castor seed is estimated to be between 1276 to 1368 thousand tonnes. As per the revised estimates of April, the Yield has decreased by 1% at an overall level and in turn the production has decreased by 1 percent.
