Raw nut prices are ruling firm at Rs. 670 per kg and Rupee depreciation against the Dollar could make it more costlier. As per the sources, Cashew Kernel Prices could rise by around 10% from the current levels. In the year 2015-16, the export value of cashew Kernel is at Rs. 4850 crore and the value of raw nuts imported is Rs. 8473 crore in 2015-16.
