Cardamom prices are ruling firm at Rs. 847.50 per kg at Vandanmedu spot market on rising export demand and on expectation of delayed harvest. Arrivals are likely to peak only after July as against the normal period of June, due to drought like conditions in the first quarter of 2016. The drought like situations in growing areas may reduce the yield.
