Cardamom export is reported down by 22% for the period April to December 2016. Total export for the given period stood at 3000 tonnes that is down by 825 tonnes from 3825 tonnes exported at the same time last year. Cardamom picking activity has already finished in growing regions and new crop will come from July-August onwards.
