At Kochi spot market, cardamom arrivals were continued to show an upsurge because of the peak harvesting season. Quality cardamom constituted only 25-30 per cent of the total arrivals and that in turn has kept the average prices low, trade sources pointed out. The individual auction average was at Rs 635.69 per kg.
