At Kochi spot market in Kerala, black pepper prices were ruled steady on account of limited activities. European buyers are staying away from the market following the Greece crisis. American buyers are also holding back hoping the prices would decline. Spot prices remained unchanged at Rs 62,000 (ungarbled) and Rs 65,000 (garbled) per quintal.
