The United States government will give its first forecast for the 2014-15 hard red winter Wheat (HRW) crop, and analysts on average are expecting it to be above last year's 744 million bushels, de-spite one of the harshest winters on record and a severe drought. Hard Red Winter Wheat is the biggest part of the US Wheat harvest and is used to make flour for bread.
