In India wheat has been sown so far in 4.15 lakh hectares, as against 83,000 hectares in the same period last year. Wheat yield is also expected to be better with adoption of better varieties. Total area sown for all Rabi crops has also increased to 65 lakh hectares. Sowing of Wheat begins from October end while harvesting start from April month.
