Egypt's Trade Ministry has relaxed a tough rule on wheat imports in a move that could lift French sales to the world's largest wheat importer. A moisture content specification imposed in January has locked out French grain since its introduction, but the requirement would now eased, to tolerate a moisture content of up to 13.5 percent.
