Indian Turmeric futures fell on large stocks, new season supply and weak overseas demand. Turmeric prices at Erode spot market decreased by Rs 300 per quintal as there was lack of new Turmeric demand from North India. At the Erode market, the finger variety was sold at Rs 4699-6527 per quintal and the root variety at Rs 4319-6424 per quintal.
