Indian Turmeric futures ended down as the damage to crops from recent showers in growing belts of southernIndia. Due to the arrival of medium quality hybrid Turmeric at Erode spot market, prices decreased by Rs 500 per quintal. The finger variety of the Turmeric sold at Rs 6209-7689 per quintal at Erode spot market.
