Tur crop in central India is in good condition. Central India and Karnataka which accounts for more than 60 per cent of the national area under Tur cultivation is set for a bumper harvest. Crop is ready for harvest in most of the growing regions and the process of harvesting is on. Ongoing showers in south Peninsula may hamper such operations.
