India's Soymeal exports to Tehran rose fourfold in just three years to 2012-13. But in the current year exports toTehranare likely to drop by 30 percent from last year's record 964255 tonnes. Soybean output ofIndiain the year 2013-14 has fallen by 4.4 percent from the previous year to 10.23 million tonnes after heavy rains damaged the crop.
