Weather is good in Punjab and Haryana, harvesting and threshing operations are in full swing in the region. In other north Indian states the crop has reached a stage of grain formation and prevailing weather is positive for this stage. In south and east India the paddy has reached panicle initiation to grain formation and current weather is more or less supportive.
