The global Rice (Paddy) consumption for 2013-14 is lowered 1.5 million tons mostly due to a decline in India. Global rice trade is changed little from the September projections; however,India’s 2013-14 exports are raised 700,000 tons; and Pakistan and Vietnam are lowered 100,000 and 300,000 tons, respectively.
