India's near-monopoly in rice exports to Iran could break following Tehran's nuclear deal with the West which is expected to pave the way for rival suppliers to boost their trading with the oil-rich country.India's rice exports to Tehran, surged 80 percent in the year ended March 31, 2013 from a year ago to 1.1 million tonnes.
