India continued to be the largest Rice exporter for the third year in a row, according to All India Rice Exporters Association (AIREA). Government agencies led by Food Corporation of India (FCI) may end up procuring lower quantity of rice in current 2013-14 marketing year over last year on account of sluggish market arrivals of paddy.
