Mustard crop is in pod formation stage in Himachal Pradesh. In the prevailing weather conditions incidences of aphids may take place on the mustard crop. Production of Indian Mustard seeds production may rise. This year production is expected to be around 75 lakh tonnes against 68 lakh tonnes last year, on account of rise in sowing area.
