Crop is in vegetative, flowering or siliqua formation stage in Assam. Overall crop condition is good except for a few reports of aphids. In Orissa crop has attained flowering there are some minor problems of grassy weeds in this state which farmers can take care. Irrigation may be applied if no rains received recently at flowering stage. In UP crop is at 8 week old.
