Cold conditions over north & central India are expected to be beneficial for the crop. Cold wave conditions likely over parts of Punjab, Haryana, north Rajasthan and UP and some parts of Bihar & Jharkhand. Low temperature in the past week has helped mustard crop. The temperature is conducive for the crop which is in flowering stage.
