Harvesting has picked up in majority belts and weather outlook remain favourable for maize crop. Harvesting and post-harvest activities in AP and TN will be affected by cloudy and rainy weather. Maize crop is mostly in cob development to maturity stages in parts of Gujarat,Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh and Karnataka.
