Brazil raised the forecast for its 2013-14 maize crop to 78.2 million tonnes from last month's outlook of 77.89 million tonnes, citing better-than-expected yields. The center-west region, the main second crop corn producer, showed a strong increase in productivity estimates,Brazil government crop supply agency said.
