Cotton prices dropped on back of weak buying by domestic spinning mills and exporters. According to market sources, demand decreased after price rose last week. Gujarat Sankar-6 Cotton declined by Rs. 200-300 to Rs. 42800-42900 for a candy of 356 kg. Kapas or raw cotton was moved down Rs. 7-10 to Rs. 1050-1075 for a maund of 20 kg.
