Cotton prices declined in India on account of slack in demand from exporters. Farmers are holding back their produce. Arrivals have dropped from 65000 bales to 55000 bales last week in Gujarat state. According to traders, cotton price may not decrease further as farmers are holding back supplies and waiting for hike in prices.
