Coriander acreage in the India is projected at 547421 hectares in year ended September, according to the data by the Spices Board of India. Sowing for coriander crop has been delayed this year due to heavy rainfall in Rajasthan. According to IMD, rainfall in Rajasthan during the period between October 1 to 22 was above normal.
