Nuts are at maturity stage in Karnataka and weather is favorable. Although, overcast weather prevailing over coastal region favorable for the coconut plantations it also brings some pests and diseases on them. Cyclone in parts of Orissa and AP affected some coconut plantations in the area. In rest areas plantations remain under good condition.
