Harvesting and post harvest activities continue in major coconut belts. Sufficient monsoon showers over coastal Kerala, Karnataka and Konkan region has ensured optimum moisture to the coconut plantations. However, heavy rains received in parts of Kerala, coastal AP and Konkan had affected the newly planted seedlings.
