Harvest and post-harvest activities continue in major coconut belts. Heavy rain received in parts of Kerala, coastal AP, and Konkan during peak monsoon had affected the newly planted seedlings. Similarly with good showers received and forecast for TN, coconut plantations remains under good condition. Weather is also optimum for planting of new seedlings.
