Agriculture and industry Expert expect a 20% decline in Indian Castor seed production due to lower sowing area and unfavourable weather conditions. Indian Castor seed production is projected to decline to 1.64 million tons against last year’s 1.96 million tons, according to latest estimates released by the Agriculture Ministry.
