Export cardamom buying shrunk as no fresh orders were forthcoming following an upsurge in the prices. Cardamom prices dropped on slack demand amid moderate arrivals atKochispot market. According to the traders, prices of exportable variety have gone up to around Rs 800 per kg and that has led to a slowdown in export buying.
