Crop is at berry maturity/harvesting stage in Kerala. Prevailing weather in southern states are favourable for pepper vines. Optimum moisture & humidity coupled with irrigation will keep the pepper vines in healthy growing conditions in other major belts. At some places shedding may require to protect vines from scorching sun. Weather is good for healthy growth of newly planted vines.
